Shelby Moore
Director of Children's Ministry
Hi! I’m Shelby Moore, and I’m so excited to serve as the
Children’s Ministry Director here at Warren Community Fellowship!
Children’s ministry has been a big part of my life since I was a teenager. I started by helping in classrooms and, over the years, grew into teaching and leading. Through those experiences, God has given me a deep passion for seeing kids come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
One of my favorite things about children’s ministry is getting to know kids for who they are. I love taking the time to listen to them, understand what’s happening in their lives, and create spaces where they feel known, loved, and encouraged. Partnering with parents and families is also incredibly important to me because, let’s be honest, parenting is hard! My heart is to come alongside families—not just during church programs and events, but whenever we can be a source of encouragement and support.
I love creating opportunities for our church family to connect and have fun together, whether it’s through Family Fun Days, VBS, midweek groups, or simply spending time together outside of scheduled events. My hope is that every child and family who walks through our doors feels welcomed, valued, and, most importantly, pointed toward Jesus.
Outside of ministry, I’m married to my amazing husband, Chris, and we have a beautiful daughter and a baby boy on the way, arriving in December! Our little family keeps life full, fun, and never boring—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m so thankful for the opportunity to serve the children and families of Warren Community Fellowship, and I can’t wait to see what God has in store for our Children’s Ministry!
